Hi!  I’m Jessica. I stay at home with my daughter while working part-time as a data analyst.  Good, healthy food is very important to me; my passion led me to creating this blog to inspire others!

I was originally inspired by the movie Forks Over Knives to switch from a vegetarian diet to a plant based (or pretty much vegan diet).  Nearly everyone in my family seems to die from either heart disease or cancer and I was blown away by the link between animal proteins and both of these top killers!

This Huffington Post article does a great job highlighting the benefits to a plant based diet.

I was wondering if you would put a Pinterest Button on your recipes when you post so that I can organize them in my Pinterest. I share a lot of my recipes with my two daughters who live very far from me, and this is a way we can each share the recipes we find. Thanks!!
