Cranberry Pear Sauce

This delicious cranberry sauce has no refined sugars!  All the sweetness is from the pears and dates.  Fantastic for your Thanksgiving table or now that Thanksgiving is over and cranberries are on sale.  😉

  • 1 cup cranberries, halved
  • 6 dates, chopped
  • 1 1/2 pears, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • shake cinnamon
  • shake ginger
  • shake cloves

Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan.  Cover and simmer on low until completely soft.  Mash with a fork (or potato masher or even pulse with a food processor if you prefer).  Serve as a delicious topping for whatever you’d like.  I served it on top of potato latkes.
