Use this topping as you would Parmesan cheese – on roasted veggies, salad, pasta, or anything you want!! Based on this recipe.
- 1/4 cup raw almonds almonds
- 1/4 cup raw pecans
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/8th tsp salt
Process all ingredients in a mini food processor. Or chop up the almonds and pecans in a hand chopper and then add remaining ingredients.
