Lemon Tahini Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

A take on my Lemon-Tahini Sauce, this adds roasted red peppers for something a little different!  Goes great with my Roasted Red Pepper falafel coming soon!

In a food processor, puree:

  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 – 3 lemons)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
