Fruit Kabobs

Make fruit a little fancier by making some fruit kabobs!

We had a lovely lunch with friends over the weekend and brought these along.


I bought 12″ bamboo skewers at the grocery store, chopped up some fruit and skewered them in a regular pattern, with 10 large chunks per kabob.

I used cantaloupe, mango, strawberries, and apples.  But, nearly any fruit would work.  If I could have found some starfruit, I would have added a slice of that to the top of each… but apparently it’s not starfruit season.  🙂
