- olive oil (or water or broth) for sauteing
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1/4+ cup veggie broth
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
In a large pot, heat olive oil (or water or broth). Add red pepper flakes and garlic cloves and saute until garlic is starting to get golden. Add kale and veggie broth, stir well and cover. Cook on medium/high, stirring every couple of minutes. Cook until tender and bright green and browning a bit on the parts that are touching the bottom of the pan. Add balsamic vinegar and serve immediately while hot!
